15 Weeks Pregnant (Baby #4)

This week was a bit like a roller coaster around here! We were quite overloaded with normal day to day stuff, soap business, and unplanned activities thrown into our week. Next week will be a bit of the same, but it should start getting back to normal soon. I hope! Here's what happened in our pregnancy:

How Far Along: 15 weeks 6 days

How I'm Feeling This Week: Really good. Thankfully I've had the energy this week to accomplish more than I have in the past weeks, which has helped us stay afloat.

Braxton Hicks Contractions: Only one or two, and they were normal ones for a healthy pregnancy. Imagine that!

Brussel SproutsFood Cravings: With my cabbage craving last week, I bought two bags of brussel sprouts and I've been cooking some almost every day. I've eaten them for breakfast (with scrambled eggs on the side), and as a snack in the afternoon. Delicious!

Aversions: Only to people's breaths. This happens each pregnancy, and some days I'm more sensitive than others.

Weird Pregnancy Stuff: Hello hormones! Between getting sugar out of my system this week, and the pressure of how busy we were/are, I had two really hormonal days. I mean REALLY bad. Poor Nick talked me through them the best he could. He was just thankful I'm not like that every day! And, was eating brussel sprouts for breakfast weird? I'd never done that before. Maybe it was weird.

Doctor/Midwife Appointment: None this week.

Weight Gain So Far:
Down 2 pounds from last week! I cut out sugar, and added in a lot of vegetables this week.
Starting weight: 119 lbs.
Last Week's Weight: 128 lbs.
Today's Weight: 126 lbs.
Goal Weight Range for This Pregnancy: High: 154 lbs.     Low: 144 lbs.

Regular or Maternity Clothes: Regular.

Starting to Show: Only a little bump so far. Unless they knew I was pregnant, no one has noticed on their own.

Boy or Girl: Not sure! Anatomy scan scheduled for week 20.

Baby Movement: Instead of just little flutters, I felt a real good kick today while writing this post! And I mean, feeling the baby kick from the outside! So exciting. I feel the baby in the evenings, when I finally take the time to sit at the end of my day, or sometimes after I eat or drink something.

Size of Baby: He/She weighs 2 1/2 ounces, and is around 4" long. About the size of an apple. Nice steady growth!

Pregnancy Thoughts this Week: I was too busy this week to think about the pregnancy, outside of making sure I ate right and paid attention to feel the baby move at least every other day. All I know is that Nick and I are really enjoying this pregnancy, and that's what matters most.

Do you think brussel sprouts is weird to eat at breakfast? Is that a pregnancy thing, or would you do that?
